What is an Interactive Nail Experience?

I refer to my services as Interactive Nail Experiences. Why? Because you are a part of the service! I don’t do cookie cutter. I talk through my process to help educate my clients and answer any longstanding questions about nails. Getting your nails done should be relaxing and fun! I include my clients in my creative process too. Tell me how you feel about this or that red, even a design idea you had in mind! Each experience is an individual experience.

Why do I have to join a waitlist?

Thank you for your interest in booking with me, it’s greatly appreciated!

I care very much about my clients, the work and service I produce, and overall wellbeing. To provide the level of service that you deserve as a new or returning client, at times I am unable to accommodate a heavier workload. Joining the waitlist allows you share your information with me so that I am able to personally contact you when I am accepting new clients. You can join my waitlist here.

The booking site is set to only allow current clients to book an appointment. This ensures that current clients are able to book within their regular maintenance window. This also allows for me to accept new clients when I am ready and able to serve them best.

I saw an opening on your booking site, why won’t it allow me to book?

Where are you located?

I am located in a private suite in Franklin Square, NY 11010. Right on the border of Valley Stream.

What payment methods are accepted?

I accept Cash, Zelle, and Card. Please note that cards will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.

How can I view your services, pricing, etc.?

All services, descriptions, and pricing can be found on my booking site. Each service also has a reference photo along with the time allotment. I aim for everything to be as clear as possible. Should there be any questions about services that are unanswered by the site, please feel free to contact me. I’d love to help out!

What is your booking policy?

Appointments require a 35% non-refundable deposit.

Deposits are made at the time of booking and are credited towards your service total.

I’ve eliminated the grace period and I ask that you please be on time. If you are running late, we will only be able to complete what the remaining time allows for. I will always let clients know if I am running behind.

The service will still be charged as booked. A new deposit will be due for appointments rescheduled due to lateness.

What about cancellations?

I understand that things happen, please contact me for any cancellations and/or rescheduling.

One reschedule allowed per deposit.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment time will result in a total 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hrs prior appointment time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Anything else I should know?

I do not work over other tech's work.

Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak off if it is needed.

No children unless being serviced. No extra guests. No food.

Please try to not take phone calls on speaker.
